Consulting & Strategy
Digital audits, architecture reviews, technology stack advisory, and go-to-market planning. We give you the honest read, then you decide whether to build it with us or somewhere else.
Sometimes you don't need a build, you need a clear-eyed second opinion. We sit with you, audit the system or the plan, and tell you what we'd do in your seat. No hourly meter, no upsell, no agency theatre.
Deliverables

- Go-to-market plan covering positioning, pricing, channels, and the first 90 days of activity
- A short follow-up session after the audit so you can ask questions on the recommendations

Common questions
What does a consulting engagement cost?+
A focused audit and recommendation engagement is usually $3K to $10K depending on scope. Multi-month strategic engagements are priced separately based on the scope of involvement.
Will you give honest advice even if it loses you the build?+
Yes. Half the value of consulting is hearing 'don't build this' or 'you already have the right system, you just need to use it.' We've told clients to stay on the platform they're on and call us back in six months. It's the right call sometimes.
Can you talk to my existing team?+
Yes. Most engagements involve interviewing existing engineers, designers, or marketers as part of the audit. The recommendations land better when the team feels heard.
How does this end?+
With a written deliverable, a working session to discuss it, and two weeks of follow-up email support. After that you decide whether to implement yourself, hire us to do it, or hire someone else. All three are fine outcomes.
