Common questions

Do we need Shopify Plus?+

Usually not. We've built B2B catalogs with two-tier pricing, contractor approval, and quantity breaks on regular Shopify by using metafields and customer tags. Plus is only really required at very high volume or if you need scriptable checkout.

Can you migrate us from another platform?+

Yes. We've migrated from WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Wix, and custom builds to Shopify. URL redirects, product data, and order history all get preserved.

What about international shipping and taxes?+

Shopify's tax engine and shipping rules cover most setups. For more complex cases (multi-warehouse, dropship + own stock, custom tariffs) we wire in Shopify Markets or a third-party tax service like Avalara.

Headless or themed?+

Themed Shopify wins on speed of build, merchant control, and SEO out of the box. Headless wins when you need a heavily custom front-end or you're building a multi-brand storefront on one backend. We pick based on what the merchant actually needs.
